If you can afford to upgrade to a roller cam and roller lifters, and your intentions to build a strong street engine, in the 383-427 displacement range with good heads, about 10:1 compression, etc, I know from experience that a CROWER 00471 roller cam and 1.6:1 ratio roller rockers easily out perform the flat tapper cam with the .480 lift and 230 duration in most similar applications, (obviously parts selected, compression ratio, heads, exhaust etc must match the application
