I often wonder what something looks like on the inside before purchase something. But quit often
that's just not possible, well here you can see for yourself what your getting for your money.
I wanted mine to be mobile, so I added some casters, two swivel and two locked. Next time I would
go with all four caster of the swivel type.
There was NO way I was going to use their hose clamp! Not a problem I had plenty in my
spare parts.
The weld for the elbow that attaches to the flexible hose looked very weak and fragile. Just didn't
look like it would last very long with the stresses from moving the flex hose all the time. I added a
brace to take the load off the weld. Also the weld for the drain leaked, but I was able to fix that
with some JB Weld.
By luck I broke the sprinkler nozzle the other day and I laid it on the bench next to the washer.
Then it hit me the next day ...... I wonder if that nozzle would slip over the flexible hose. Sure enough
it did and fit pretty good, but still leaked. Mainly cause I was pushing it on too far. I added two
more garden hose washers and I was in business. I had the rubber washer in stock also, sure helps
when you don't have to run to the store for everything.
It does cut down on the flow some, but it doesn't splash everywhere now. I don't need all those
different adjustments, but it doesn't hurt either.
BTW, don't plan on putting a crank in there without bracing the shelf. It's not going to hold up to
that kind of weight!
