where only the elite few in political favor,
are allowed to be protected or defend themselves
and joe average is of no value in the eyes of the elite,
other than a source of manual labor and taxes to support the goals of the elite!
 
Id bet all joes friends had been informed of this move and prior opportunity to buy stock in local ammo manufactures and dump stock in foreign imports
remember if its not helping joes bank balance its not going to happen
