ruger revolvers are known for strength and reliability, and a 357 mag loaded with 158 grain hollow points is a very well tested reliable man stopper in the hands of a cool accurate marksman
a 2.5"-3" barrel version for concealed carry would be nice,
and a 7.5"-8.5" for hunting would close to ideal

My father was a Correction Officer and had a conceal carry license he preferred a snub nose S&W .38 to carry the ammunition choice where starfire bullets at the time.
