Grumpy, in my oil post I brought up another issue, and thought I would make a seperate post about it. I set the timing to 31* full advance at 3100. That solved the hesitation problem for the most part, and completely took care of the popping. I made a video today, of what the car sounds like right now, and how the RPM's are slow to come down.

The car is running rich, but I don't think that would cause the RPM's to slowly fall back to idle, and the idle fluctuates everytime the car is started, set the idle at ~800 rpm or so and the next time the car is started it will idle at about 1200rpm.
