Looking for A large Machine Shop 45 degree Tapered Countersink Grumpy.
To convert 1955-1971 Gasket Seat Spark Plugs to the later 1972-81 Tapered Seat Spark Plugs.

Read it was easy to do in ancient Pontiac Magazine back around 1990.
Found nothing here or Google.

Can it be done by hand or use a Bridgeport Veticle Mill with its adjustable Quill stops ?

Have a few sets of Vintage A.C. Delco Ultra cold Racing spark plugs.
Non resistor .460 " reach.
41 & 42.
42 used in RAIV High speed Race.

ACCEL made ultra cold for nitrous Pontiac in past.
Gone now.
Tapered Seat opens more options.

they make adapter crush gaskets

I think Ace company made those Vintage 9 inch long or so 45 degree taper counter sink tool.
My Dad had one on his toolbox.
Use with a vintage hand brace drill for the 4 sided special shank. Square drive.

Run it by Mopar Bob at his work machine shop Grumpy.

I found some Small engine valve seat cutters on ebay.

Going to ask Chad Spier what he uses recommends Grumpy.

Well I never heard back from Chad.

Outside of Grumpys Group here it is still Politics brand loyality.
Never liked that crap.
Race Engine is a Race Engine to me.

Pontiac No Prep guys posted good info last night.....

NGK I am going to research today for the RAIV heads.

Need 2 steps colder for Nitrous hit.

Otherwise R43 Delco spec plug A-Ok on 100% race gas worked perfect for me in past any rpm.
