"Grumpy, Ive got a mildly built 350 SBC
My current combo is:
( 750 DP ) carb,
Weiand stealth inlet,
Edelbrock 64cc alloy heads (Stock),
Comp Cams CS-XS274S-10,
Extractors and 2.5 inch exhaust system,
MSD pro Billet Dizzy and blaster coil.,
its running mid 14 second 1/4 mile times , Im on a limited budget so I don,t want to do expensive upgrades or replace the parts I already paid for if I can avoid it, Im hoping a cam swap will help here?
I thought it would be faster, any ideas?"

whats the cars rear gear ratio?
whats the cars transmission?
whats the cars weight?
whats the plenum vacuum?(at idle and at peak power rpms?)
are you willing to upgrade to a solid lifter cam with more duration and lift, knowing its likely to run worse at lower rpms, and have you port matched the intake to the heads?
the cam you have is a reasonably good performance cam, but it will benefit from long tube headers a low restriction exhaust and gearing the car so you stay in the 3000rpm-6000rpm power band most of the time,
Id suggest measuring the exhaust back pressure at peak power rpm levels just to see what your dealing with,
and posting clear pictures of your spark plugs,
and verifying your fuel pressure,
and ignition timing advance curve.
performance is strongly effected by the cars power to weight ratio, have you thought about making the car lighter in weight?
