I did convert 4l80e to full manual
I used this instructions
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1y3bQQaBHk5HwgmHHMR7WVgtY3JKzvXTl/view?usp=drivesdk
My transfer case started to stuck to lo range,so i disaited to do trans swap and check the transfer case
So i did basic overhaul to trans, dual feed and mods
I used transco separator plate but didint drill feed holes because trans is allways full pressure
Then transfer case, shift fork was worn and needle bearings and case was toast
I didnt find any parts for transfer case
But had np 241c transfe case in garage, its newer model with driver side drive shaft ,i modified oilpump pickup ,breather tube and bolted it upside down in trans
Transmission works great shifts are firm but not hard
And i did swap outside ,-25celcius jack didint work so i used chain blocks to lift trans up

reading these links and sub links will help

-6 x 1/4NPS is the correct size for GM turbo 350, Turbo 400, 700R4, 4L60E and many other GM transmissions. These have a straight thread and seal on the gasket.
The case thread size is 1/4 in.-18 NPSM (straight thread)
but there are adapter fittings allowing larger line sizes, that flow with less restriction

Nice Work.
The Transfer case You used a 241C to mate up to a 4L80E with correct adapter plate is Rare Now.
What I bought last year to Turbo 400 swap into my 1994 K1500 Suburban.
Made Just a few years that Transfer case.
Found mine in Pennsylvania on Ebay & bought it.
Got the right TH400 to 241C Large input adapter plate too.

Never seen a trans & transfer case installed with chain blocks.

Those floor jacks don't work well in the cold here either at 0 degrees F & colder.
I worked many times you did..in the snow on my back. No Fun.

Getting down to -24F or -25F here next week.
High daytime of -9F degrees .

I'v been driving 700 kilometers now ,trans works great ,and hacked 241 transfer case doesn't heat so i gess oiling is working,
But i drove 100 kilometers behind semi truck in snow storm and my intercooler got frozen engine bay full of snow
No boost and exhaust temps are high

Need a Torpedo heater.
A Rosebud Torch too.
Melt that snow.
I worked in -27 F temps today for 9 hours.
Sleep 4 hours.
Go do it again for 12 hrs.
Same again tonight. -25 to -28 F air temps.
