I think it can do 10.5 ET.
Also capable of No Prep Drag Racing entry mid level compete and win with Time clocks off. Him adding a Trans Brake Jakes D1 or D3 would help later this year.

I ordered bought A New Holley 9380 850 cfm Competition Annular Booster 4150 Double Pumper carb.
I bought direct from Holley in Kentucky.
Free shipping.
I can not stand 100 % not perfect power driveabilty.
Need it to Win Street Races.
It's Fast now.
Hole in Launch stomping on it kills 60 foot times.

Only money.
Keep working.
Going to drive the heck out of the 63 Gp this summer.

I tried it again Grumpy the Holley Carburator search engine.
Used 425 ci.
6500 Rpm Redline.
Lightly modified.
No Choke.
Double Pumper.

The Holley 9380 850cfm 4150 makes the list.
The Holley 9381 830 cfm 4150 also comes up.
Both Annular boosters models.
4-corner idle contol.
Specs build parts similar.
Larger has bigger accelerator pump nozzle installed.

The 9380 should be the Ticket I need and be easier to tune with Offy Dual Port.
Excited. Hopefully get this week. Bolt on.
Adjust. Test drive. Lay down rubber stomping on gas dead stop no power brake.
The Olds 425 really winds up pulls hard manual shifting the TH400.
Holds the gear selected and does not shift out till you upshiftt manual.
Like old GTO His - Her shifter and matching TH400.

Bolt it on the 9380.
Set the floats.
Start.
Adjust idle mixture screws and see what happens.
If not them an Edelbrock Performer Intake bought used.
The Performer Rpm Olds V8 is expensive.
The other you showed me is less money.
