it says the 1984 is frequently stolen
if the 1984 gets "stolen" most often , its probably the result of owners leaving the keys in the cars with the windows open in parking lots, in less than upstanding neighborhood,s with a sign on the windshield that says
"I will be gone for vacation for next two weeks please look after this car"
after trying unsuccessfully to get the cars crossfire injection correctly tuned.. after dealing with the crossfire injection for decades I can understand the motivation, that might result in that action if your not a true gear head
