Hello, I Have a 90 Vette Auto and will be installing new gaskets for the Lower Intake, Plenum, Runner and Throttle body and need to know which gaskets I need. I Have the following

1. Lower Accel Super ram Intake Manifold Ported as seen in pics
2. SLP runners ported
3. Ported Plenum (previous owner says TB opening was ported to a 58mm; I am installing a 52mm TB
4. Summit 52mm Throttle Body

update,,,So I now got a pair of SLP runners ported to a AS&M gasket. Now all i need to figure out with Lower intake manifold gasket? and do i still need a 52mm TB gasket even though the plenum is bored to 58mm? Thanks

Ive seen most of the available TPI intakes ported extensively, TPIS and Arizona marine have the gaskets you need

http://tpis.com/files/TPIS_Catalog.pdf

http://azspeed-marine.com/

its been my experience that Siamesing ports on a tuned port intake tends to reduce the flow restriction (thats usually a good thing for PEAK horse power) but at the COST of intake ram tuning inertia ,and low and mid rpm efficiency (which is exact what the tuned port manifold is designed to maximize, in the low and mid rpm ranges) and siameseing the ports effectively kills most of the lower rpm efficiency thus what you find is you tend too loose more from that modification in what used too be instant off idle torque and response than you gain in peak power.the problem is that the ports can,t be opened up the entire length to a consistent cross sectional area allowing the engine to operate at a significantly higher average rpm range.
the FIRST intake has larger runners and a larger base that allows you to operate at least 1200 rpm higher, and the holley stealth ram had both shorter and larger and straighter runners that flow more efficiently, ESPECIALLY ONCE EITHER INTAKE IS PORTED CORRECTLY

Reminds me of an old friend from Corvette Forum Grumpy my age .
Ron.
He siamesed TPI Runners.
But didn't cut down so deep.
He blended & kept port cross sections like a 5-axis CNC machine.
Never seen anyone match his porting skills to date.
Better than Indy Head Service I think.
Even put AFR to shame.

Gaskets likely need to be made here.
No much to clamp & seal onto...

I have to make up a new user name & sneak back onto Corvette Forum Grumpy.
I hate that place.
But Ron "Sheepster" is still there I know.
He has been there as long as you were there I think.
He has a ton of Sbc cylinder head experience himself.
He should be here on your site too.

I dont think he has the Engineering background as You do Grumpy.
But his wotkmanship does not disapoint.
Flow tests his work.
Builds on that forum for others in past.
Chassis dyno results were very good.
A victim of this economy & politics on that Luberal ran forum.
