anyone else think $664 for a pair of u-joint's is a mis-print or someones on serious drugs?

That HAS to be a misprint! I would hope!
I do know that those YUKON parts are fairly expensive though, it is mainly the rock crawler guys who use stuff like that.

Well It looks legit on the price... I see Summit Racing has the same part # and they are asking $663

And you thought the CORVETTE hobby was expensive!!!!!

I gives a different take on the costs of those higher end Mud Trucks .... don't it Grumpy!

I have upwards of $40,000 into my truck and I don't compare to alot
of those boys

Ive had several dana 60 differentials in my race cars,
and I've never busted a u-joint and,
I can't remember ever paying over about $60 for a u-joint

Those u-joints listed are custom made and have NO needle bearings, and are designed to have a greater driveshaft angle before binding.
They are made of chrome molly also.
You will only see that stuff with 30" or more of wheel travel.

Ok men... Jimmy texed me a pic of the install of that shifter.. He has not put the rest of the consol back together yet but this is a good pic.

Tell him thanks for the pic, it looks wider than I was envisioning.

Wish I had 9-10 inches wide for my console, that's almost as wide as the seat for my
butt. Might have something to do with why my car only weighs about 1600 lbs.

Rick... I made the plate that the shifter is bolted to.
If I remember correctly that plate measures 8" x 9 3/4"

So my estimation is pretty close ....... I was just having fun, and maybe exaggerating just a little.
