LOL Redline motorsports used to be local to here to rumor has it some are there tunes blew up some high $$$ builds. They had a business relationship with one of the dealerships here too. They went to the place to get your car tuned to the place to stay away from. Those happy dyno #'s are fine and dandy but is it going to hold together for even 15000 miles.

my comment was really more about the speed with which the gen 5 engine control software hit the market is what surprises me most... i had seen clips of the occasional turbo c7 idling or blipping the throttle a year ago but i knew they werent able to control fuel and timing but apparently its all available now and guys are making moves.. im glad the aftermarket quickly came up with parts for these cars because its gonna be a serious dick measuring contest between the c7 owners and the c6 owners soon.
 
up untill now every c7 owner just had to enjoy the fact that they had the latest shit... but there was no real REAL racing gear for c7s... apparently the market has caught up and we can see these guys next year at the texas mile races and all that

unfortunately irs is what keeps corvettes from being muscle cars in my opinion... its really always been a flagship for technology and a lavishly equipped GT car... for some reason people insist that irs rides better and is more comfortable, its performs better in the twisties... not everyone that buys a vette wants to go racing... infact very few. most just quische eaters that want to pick up dumb drunk girls outside of clubs downtown. up untill the latest generation f body i said if you wanna go fast, buy a camaro. if you wanna look good doin it, buy a corvette. but the camaros are big whales now too... nevermind the gt500 mustangs they might as well be boat anchors.

If you try you need 5000 spare rear diffs.

well i just read the 2015 mustang will have irs.... life as i know it, is over. its the end of a generation. say farewell to drag racing, mustang... 50 years of solid rears, it was nice to know you.

Indian Adventure Block II has been designed to take 4,000 HP.

Corvette is still Far behind............ ;)
