new 383 bogs

I just put a freshly machined 383 SBC in my 55 with a Weiand intake a new Edelbrock 750 and a Lunati Voodoo cam. starts right up, idles at about 800 with just a little lope. Under normal acceleration it is fine. If I step on it hard it bogs on and off. Even if I am going 50 and roll it on it will bog. Tried to lean it a little did not help, tried to richen it a little and it did not help. Looking for some advice on what to look at.

Having some facts, and a few tested and verified base lines to start from to deduce the cause of your problem from rather than guessing helps
POST CLEAR pictures of your spark plugs, let me know what your fuel pressure is,
are you running a return style fuel pressure regulator?
whats the plenum vacume read at idle and wot?
have you adjusted the valves at idle?
whats your ignition advance curve and timing set at?
I need to know what accelerator pump cam, and cc size (30cc or 50cc)accelerator pump your using?
the jet sizes and power valves your using?,
and if you set the floats correctly?,
this is a fairly simple to correct issue!
If you were local it can be cured in 90% of the cases in under 30 minutes
