just a question?
did you paint the wheels to match the car? or did you purchase it that way?
the reason I ask is that I've never seen anyone else go that route, and its a rather unique look,
I can,t really decide if I would ever do something similar, but it certainly sets the car a unique look!
it certainly looks like an improvement over corvettes with degraded original wheels where the clear coating on the aluminum wheels is coming off in sections,
(theres hundreds of guys with those wheels)
painting the wheels to match the body has long been done, on older hot rods and t-buckets etc.
I've just never seen it on a c4 vette
Yes I totally gutted the car and went to glass with it 2 yrs ago the wheels which are latr c4 the clear was coming off and my painter said lets paint them i figd wut the heck, only paint, dont like it ill change em. sanded for 3 days it seems to get smooth to his satisfaction painted with same paint but he said headded something to paint to harden it>
