I'm past the age when crawling under and up and down around my extended project 86 Monte is the fun it used to be, but I still punish myself fairly often. Hope to reduce some of the self inflicted pains with some of the knowledge here.
 
your certainly not alone in finding age is not kind to joints and crawling under cars is not always as easy as it once was,
but with age also comes experience, and experience hopefully vastly reduced the silly or costly mistakes and wasted effort
