No Oil At Rockers On New Rebuild

This motor has about 20 running hours on it. It shows to have oil pressure at the mechanical guage. Rockers sound like a sewing machine. Adjusted all rockers using the TDC and up at 6 way. New rockers still sounds like a sewing machine. took off valve cover while running and tried to adjust but no oil at pushrods??
Could improper cam bearing installation (clocking) affect oil pressure to the lifters?
HELP

verify you have consistent oil pressure in the block passages,
and Id suggest you also consider the potential issue,
of worn cam lobes if its not a roller cam.

yes cam bearing indexing and individual cam bearing location in the block is critical as is oil pump installation and the oil pump pick-up install

read these threads:D
as usual, its a good idea to read all the instructions a few times,
and ask questions.
before proceeding with any component install.
