not charging

i am stumped my battery will not charge and everything is tested good my alt and my battery i must have a broken wire can you tell me so i can buypass the main harness the three wires from the plug in my alt go to what? by the way its a 88 corvette but the only thing original is the body thank you :mrgreen:

chances are good the heavy (usually red wire) under the screw connector on the rear of the alternator is open to the battery positive, terminal ,so Id start my check/inspection process with that
