now what? obviously I need a rebuild

grumpy , I've been dealing with what I originally thought was a defective lifter,and a valve adjustment issue, but after having several more issues, with how the engine was running and low oil pressure,
I pulled the cam and found several lifters and lobes and the cam gear well worn.
I then pulled the engine too find the bearings were also contaminated with trash!
I think the main cause was the oil pump pick-up was partly clogged with old gasket material, so how should I proceed?
