Oldy but Goody

why?
lots of that knowledge has been readily available even before WWII
and the book and similar books have been sold for 5 decades , in hundreds of thousands of if not millions of copies.
theres a huge difference between knowing how to do something that might be illegal and doing it!
from a practical mater almost every MALE is a potential rapist, everyone who has an average I.Q. ,
and anyone willing to visit a library or the internet, can, research related info.
visit a few local stores and purchase dangerous chemicals or tools that can be used as weapons.
anyone who understands chemistry can readily cause other people harm,
that is no reason to assume that having the knowledge instantly transform's the persons goals or intentions.
NEWS FLASH, most sane people have zero intentions of harming others even if they potentially know how,, most of us don,t try to drive over pedestrians either

Just because you can--- doesn't mean you will. Every farmer in America is a POTENTIAL terrorist bomber.

Knowledge is power-- and knowing when to use that power is the difference in people that want to do wrong.
