I'm not IC but yes it is gone, Ron folded it up for lack of donations.
Could not justify the cost anymore.
 
yeah, most peple don,t seem to grasp the fact it costs money every month to keep the websites up and running
 
Yeah, I've donated there in the past. I recently started going there again when I started building my new bucket.
 
Sorry I didn't answer right away! I just had eye surgery and can't see very well so I've not been on the forums since last Monday. But I see you have an answer to your question.

Hope all went well with your surgery. Ron is offering to sell the site to the members. One of them is putting together an account and seeing if he can generate enough interest.
 
Thanks for the info Raidmagic ! I'm in contact with PotvinGuy and working on a solution, but the price is way too high in my opinion.

I will know more about my surgery in another week I think, I have an appointment with the Retina specialist that did the surgery.

I would suggest you start capturing your build thread to a PDF file encase things do not work out. That way you will have all that invaluable info on YOUR computer. I have done that with 6 or 7 threads that I could not live without, you never know when a website can go south as you have found out.
