Part numbers for 45 degree lug nuts? (Basset wheels)

Thanks, but the Allstar Performance brand is not available over here, maybe this type of lug nuts have other applications other than racing so i can find alternative part numbers? And whats the deal with these oversized lug nuts? Safety?

whats the issue with just ordering 20 or so, from any of several sources?

Those Lugnuts are Street Stock Dirt Track Car Lugnuts here in the Midwest USA.

Perhaps Speedway Motors in Nebraska has them.

thats un-believable! does that problem apply to anything you order?
(excessive import taxes) ,
and also if some one, here on this side of the pond, just ships you a package?
the parts can,t weight more than a couple pounds if even that, much
I wonder how much is shipping cost?

Well if this is a dirt track only lug nut, there probably is no other option then to buy from the US, its never used in Europe.
Sad i didnt know that when i bought the wheels.

It's probably original a Lugnut Blueprint from a GM Or Ford Heavy Duty Truck.
Alot of Racing Tech was actually taken from Large 1-1/2 Ton Trucks because standard passenger car parts not up to task for Abusive Racing Duty.

They are Real strong Basset Wheels.
We used to call them Wagon Wheels.
Any drag rim fails fast Dirt track.
Explode apart.
Centerline Solids Aluminum strongest.
But Steel is still strongest.

That was calculated on the low side.... Yeah, small orders from the US is almost not worth it. On top of cost for parts and shipping we pay 25% tax and then on top of that 0-15% "customs" (translation?) and then the the different shippers take fees at best $15 to $40 per box they declare....

Example: 20 44102 lug nuts from Summit $19.98 , cheapest shipping option $37,51 = $57.49

57.49 x 1,25 x 1.05=$75.46 plus fees for declare, minimum $15

Total $90.46

Yeah it sucks.

If someone ships private it usually slips through the customs if its low value.

basically i need to order small expensive parts for more than $1000 to get reasonably prices after shipping and fees.

If its a lug nut from a truck, then maybe i can find it localy, if i can find out the application or part number, but were 1/2" used on HD trucks?

Mainly Ford F-250----350 and some F-450 trucks would be a good starting point. BUT--That damn 45* is not what is used on standard wheels which is 60*.

Making them would be a lot cheaper if you have access to a lathe or friend with one.

1 inch Hex bored through and tapped then taper the closest end to 60* and cut to length and repeat. Can't do 20 in one piece of hex, but 5 is doable. Just how I use to do it when I had no money.
