Predator Carburetors

Yes there was... I have spoken with Dale about converting my carb over to run
e85 and he said yes , it could be done. He also said I would love the performance.
The carb only will flow 930 cfm,s so I was thinking about making a custom plate so I could mount 2 Predators on my blower.
I'm still up in the air about how I want to proceed with my fuel delivery on this new motor. Adding up the costs, I think it might be wise to stay on track with Patrick and have him build me a custom E-85 carb. He has alot of experience with E-85.
Also I take into consideration that the Predator is of old technology compared to todays carbs.
I would have to purchase another Predator carb and have both sent to Dale and have them converted over to alcohol. Cost
would be about the same as a new Prosystems carb.

Still.... Bob Chandler has 3 Predators on his original Big Foot engine, and I have always like to do things different than most people.
I am exploring all options on fuel delivery at the moment.
That EFI super is really looking nice, but I believe I will have over $2000 into that system by the time it's said an done.

It had the ideal Air Fuel Ratio for Super Hot race Cams we like, .50 on Engine water brake dyno sheets.
Lacked Butter smooth off idle transitional circuits relied on accelerator pump shot heavy but WOT it worked Nice !
