Recipe for my 91 vette

Hi, I'm looking to upgrade my 1991 corvette, L98, Auto 700R4. the goal is to get 400 rwhp.
(since I'm going for a rebuild soon)
Parts are:
- AFR 195cc Competition Ported Heads (1041 or 1095?)
- FIRST TPI Intake.
- LPE 219 Cam (L210035087)
- 1.6 RR (Scorpion 1003).
- Hooker LT Headers (2419).
- Cat Back BORLA exhaust 3''.
will the above combo get me to 400 rwhp? if not what would be the gain?
any other parts goes with the above?

if am to go with a 383 upgrade, any particular StrokerKit out there (full kit with pistons, rods...etc.)?
 
first you,ll want too go with a 383 simply because its an easy 40-45 ft lbs and 45-50 hp on average over a nearly identically built 350.

youll want to get the compression ratio up near 10:1
ID suggest a bit more cam, something like a crane 119661 hydraulic roller or a crower 00471

you,ll require 8 new 36 lb-38 lb injectors to supply the required fuel to produce 500 flywheel/400 rear wheel hp
either cam choice will require a 3000 rpm-3200 rpm stall converter and ideally a 3.55:1 or 3.73:1 rear gear ratio

don,t get over whelmed, make a list and test adjust correct or replace each problem,
and check it off the list then move to the next issue,
its a finite list and theres not a damn thing on it you can,t accomplish,
with a bit of research, a few questions and this web-sites help
(a few tools the right attitude and a thick stack of cash would also be useful of course):D:rolleyes:
