that concept of blaming guns for crime is so damn stupid its laughably insane, you'll need to be a TOTAL MORON to assume that passing laws will prevent or even slow down a guy who,s willing to commit crimes like armed robbery and murder ,who is then not willing to circumvent, laws, fail to follow procedure or steal a firearm.

(3a) make previously convicted violent criminals caught carrying a firearm, have a mandatory life sentence
