windshield damage is frequently a no, deductible repair on most insurance, that's the reason the moron next to me who,s kid sliced a golf ball into my wind shield , did not have me force him to pay for the repair ,on the damage he caused.......but I think he might be a bit more careful after our brief discussion, on what might be future results, on similar (ACCIDENTS)

if its your first time replacing a windshield you might want to pay for it and watch the process,
(look at it as an educational process)
one hint, a heat gun or letting the car set in the sun tends to soften the glue sealing the windshield slightly, and in some cases, a length of 150lb test stainless steel fishing leader wire and two dowels can be used (WITH A BUDDIES HELP) to cut the sealant if you don,t have the correct tools
