Running Fat

The other day going home one of my Co-works was behind me and he told me when I got on gas he said there was Black smoke as I pulled away from him.

I have a 383 with LT4 hotcam PCMforless tune.

The car is tuned for my set up but is this normal I was concern I could been running to lean at first due to the 24# injectors but now It seems it run Fat when you put your foot in to it.
 
obviously it would help a great deal to have a fuel air ratio gauge and a vacuum gauge to see what was going on,and to know what the engine temperature was,because cool engine temps don,t tend to attimize fuel as well so an engine thats just been started is far more likely to smoke than once its up top operating temps, but if you post really clear pictures of your spark plugs and can tell me what your ignition timing curve does and at what rpms, by putting a timing tape on the damper and locating TDC and taking a few notes ,and tell me what a vacuum gauge reads at idle and during acceleration, I can make an educated guess as to whats going on
