If you were paying attention 20 years ago, about every 10th TV add was about rust proofing your car too get it to last longer, well I'm not sure why, but I can,t even remember seeing an add for a similar service in the last 8-10 years!
I remember it was almost standard practice when I was younger to take any new car or truck down to a shop that specialized in prepping the newer cars/trucks and there was always a discussion about the slip shod and crappy quality rust preventative measures.s the dealerships offered or the outrageous over pricing related?
any one had this type of work done recently?
