SBC Roller Lifters

I am building a modest performance 355 Chevy based on an "880" roller block.
The donor engine wsa in a '93 pickup but was a repower.
Originally with flat tappet cam, but block IS machined for roller cam.
Cam selected it the LT4 Hot Cam.
I am confused as all holy heck on roller lifters.I have purchased a set of factory LS1 roller lifters.
I am not sure if they will work on my block.
I know the oil hole is in a different location (front-same side as flat rather than side-round side) but same top to bottom location.
I am unsure about the relative location of the oil groove around the lifter.

Does anybody have experience or know if these LS1 lifters will work in my Gen1 Vortec block??

Excellent info, guys,
The oil hole in the LS1 is 90° to the hole in the older lifters.
As the above post indicates, that should not be a problem.
I hope the waist groove between the upper and lower polished surfaces is the same...........
