I come to learn about this place from SuperfastMatt on Youtube, see video below. Sounds like
a great place for those of us that don't have a machine shop readily available. Upload a drawing
and see immediately your cost. You can have your part in roughly 5 days.

They can laser cut from several materials including SS, Cork and Carbon Fiber. They have
software you can use if you don't already have your own.

I like this guys videos, his humor is good. He worked for Tesla at one time.

The video starts at 44 seconds, where he talks about SendCutSend.

WOW! I COULD HAVE USED THESE/THOSE GUYS IN THE 1960s-1980s almost weekly
(YEAH I KNOW ID NEED a time machine for both them and me!)
they look like a potentially great option if the prices & turn-around times and shipping costs are reasonable

Shipping is free and I think it's two day UPS.

You have most likely heard of "Two Guy Garage", well this is their idea !

https://sendcutsend.com/about-us/

Founded by two garage guys
Our founders, Jim and Jake, were always working on projects in their garage. They used the tools they had
laying around to get the job done, but with compromises. When they tried to up their fabrication game by
using custom made laser cut parts, none of the local shops wanted the work.

They were told they’d have to wait weeks and spend hundreds of dollars, just for one part. (Or order 100 of
them from China.) This old school approach to manufacturing was stopping them from getting the job done.

So they set out to find a new way.

these guys may have a POTENTIAL GOLD MINE in a business idea once it catches on

Just learned that deburing is free also. You can also have parts laser etched with your text such
as a drill identification plate.

It seems to be very easy, upload a drawing file and you immediately get a price so you can put
it in your basket.

yeah, this seems like a great resource/option.
you've located, thanks for posting what I'm sure will be a darn useful option over time!
