Im sure most of us hope we never have to be in that predicament
and you damn sure better be totally justified and be able to validate your reasons,
for shooting any intruder.
and be able to prove you were at obvious risk of mortal danger,
before you ever shoot an intruder, in most jurisdictions.
because even if your justified it will usually cost you considerable legal fees.
