that drum "supercharger" looks like a newer SCAM like magnets on your fuel line to ENERGIZE fuel molecules
Id bet an HONEST & INDEPENDTLY TESTED DYNO
,SHOWS A LOSS IN POWER
Here's another article about them with more info. Wouldn't surprise me to see a modified version of this eventually for multi cylinder applications using a shared induction plenum. Looks like quite a bit of money invested to obtain patents etc and then go into production compared to the typical snake oil product like magnets or those types of products. http://gearheads.org/want-a-15-25-power-increase-but-cant-afford-a-turbo-this-is-what-you-need/
I will be very interested to see actual independent and totally un-biased dyno tested results ,
I just don,t see the potential of a pulse membrane to force air into an engine,
simply due to the fact it takes a large increase in pressurized intake flow volume to boost power significantly
Current design is for single combustion chamber according to the articles. They're NOT claiming the large boost levels superchargers and turbos can create. They're advertising an inexpensive piece with modest increase in power that doesn't seem to require the internal upgrades a large increase in power would require.
I just thought it was an interesting concept and thought I'd share. They're aiming toward OEM applications anyway. They're not trying to sell you a drum charger.
it is a proven design for pumps it is pretty much a diaphragm pump ran off the exhaust cool concept but also seems like a fair amount of backpressure is created at the same time from the video but not sure still outside the box thinking.
