I want to get on a bike again more specifically, an ebike. This will help me gain back the range of motion I need and allow me to incrementally build up to where I need to be.
By having a motor assist bike I can pedal as much or as little as I like as I get accustomed to the workout. If I get too tired or not up to the task I at least can return without killing myself.

This photo is for illustrational purposes only there are dozens of companies that sell these bikes in more than a hundred different configurations and styles. It really takes a lot of reading to educate yourself about these bikes, the dimensions, the power, types of batteries and so on. You really want to figure out the conditions under which you would ride a bike like these. The terrain whether it’s unpaved, off road, in the park, up hills ect ect.
And the prices can be as much as a Sportster! A Grand is about the cheapest and not very great at that. I would expect about $2500 at the least and that’s not including some specialty tools, a work stand and a tight pair of Speedo’s :rolleyes:F7554423-E7EF-4D82-BFC2-618F1C05349B.png
