I can see where seam sealing, painting, rust removal, bead blasting, under coating and welding in a few panels would be simplified during a restoration, but Id be a bit hesitant to use it on anything much heavier that whats depicted
 
I have one and it's a big pain in the ass. You have to have a lot of help setting it up, lots of room and an extra pair of hands and lots of clamps! About the only thing it's got going for it it breaks down fast and you can lean it up against a wall. It's not very sturdy until you weld the hell out of a load of braces. Take this advise buy a good conventional rotisserie.
