Too Much Fuel Pressure At Carb Needle Valves Flooding Fuel Bowls

Got a 350 in my Corvette with a Holley 670 avenger carb.
I am having a terrible time keeping the secondaries from flooding out.
Bought a new fuel pump, and put a gauge on it,
and getting 10-12# output pressure.
The carb is rated input pressure to be 4-6#,
so I guess the extra pressure is blowing past the needle valve.
(new needle valve and o-ring)
Can't find a pressure regulator to work on a carb with this much pressure.
Now, I am trying to find another pump that lists the output pressure,
without much luck. All suggestions will be well appreciated!

read the linked info and sub-links
most carbs are set up to use a 5-6 psi feed pressure and many cars/trucks with a carb, will require a fuel pressure regulator to maintain that pressure level consistently,
fuel pressure regulators designed to allow excess fuel volume and the resulting potential pressure to bypass the carb inlet port and flow back to the tank generally provide the more consistent pressure levels, and yes some fuel pumps do have internal fuel pressure bypass valves that limit the output pressure, but they are generally not nearly as consistent as a properly designed fuel delivery system with an added fuel pressure regulator that bypasses extra fuel volume back to the fuel tank.
