Tool list for stroker clearancing and porting/polishing

Can anyone give me a list (or a link to one...) of the required tools for clearancing a block for a stroker build and intake/head porting? I know it's probably covered on here somewhere, but I couldn't find it..

I'll need a die grinder and carbide bits? I've never used either, so what should I be looking for? ( I have a voucher from my birthday, which I hope to use, so my options may be limited at the store its for... :) )
What selection of bits do I need?
What else do I need?

Thanks!

if youre looking to assemble your own motor.. this thread covers the tools from minimum to advanced blueprinting, once you decide what you NEED for what you wanna do, theres a dozen youtube videos that will teach you in a video what i couldnt explain to you in a short story about how to use them effectively. if a picture is worth a thousand words, 60 frames per second is infinitely better
