I pulled the intake from a 92- 350 tbi engine. It was the worst oil build up I have ever saw. The head/intake gasket on the rear water flow ports only has a weep hole on both sides. The front water ports are open just like the fuel ports part of the gasket. With the rear ports sealed up except for a 1/4" port hole cause this engine to over heat? And would it work better with open port gaskets to help with less restriction for the water to flow? I am just wondering why this gasket was made like this before I put the tbi intake on my 305.
