For a vacation. Missed it last year. I used my Rewards points for airfare or else loose them in 3 months. The wife hasn’t talked to me all summer, nobody knows why and I’m not asking so I’ll be on my own -
“Oh woe is me!” :D
I’m debating whether I should leave my IPad home but just pack my phone for absolute necessity. I won’t see a newspaper or TV, not there. I have 38 hrs to tie up some loose ends then I’m outta here for 12 days.
 
Well have fun on your time off from worrying about cars and other things, I was going to FLA. but my Buddys phone it not working but he maybe is out in the gulf of mex. fishing in his boat out of phone range??
 
In the last minutes before take off the announcement came, the airline over-booked the flight so they picked out the solitary travelers and they let the first 3 to give up seats and receive concessions for compensation.
I have 5 days to rebook another flight, a $250 cash voucher, a seating upgrade to Business class and they refunded all my flyer miles.
How in this day and age do airlines still “Overbook” a fixed amount of seats? On for tomorrow now.

It's not a Private Jet or a Twin Engine Turbo Prop high speed plane.
