I,M LOOKING AT THESE, THEY LOOK KIND OF COOL, AND FIGURE THEY MIGHT SELL FOR $300, I CHECK THE PRICE AND FIND ITS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD

Only the top ranks of racing could justify spending that kind of money!
 
I like Rick's Valvecovers Better.

Only way Valvecovers would be worth that much to me if they were Hand Fabricated Sheet Titanium & a Master TIG WELDER ASSEMBLED.

Or if off of One of the 20 1967 L-88 Big Block Chevrolet Corvettes.

Grumpy you can build similar yourself for $100 in materials.

no valve cover on earth is worth $2000 to me unless its machined from solid gold
(and in that case Id sell them so fast you might blink and miss it )
I also can,t see where it would be all that expensive to fabricate something similar

I agree Grumpy.
Mostly.
Super Rare Chevrolet, Pontiac, Mopar, Ford, ect Musclecar parts can be worth that much.
I have an original 1970 Pontiac Trans Am Ram Air 4 carb put away.
An Original 1974 Super Duty 455 Carb too.
1965 Pontiac GTO Tripower complete and used prior on a 455 nice condition.
1970-1/2 Ram Air 4 complete shaker hoodscoop. No repop china crap. Real Deal.
From a friend on East Coast. Famous Pontiac collector.
Shaker hood scoop 2013 addition.
Others owned for 20-25 years.
Collect because I like them &'perform great..
Value $12k all bad day.
Good day $ 15-20K.
Not looking to sell.
Just be aware yourself.
