Wireless CB antenna?

Hi, i got 2 MAXRAD antenna on the truck, one is a mlb2700 and the other i cant read the model but is for fm radio.
I dont know if thats even possible, but i looked every where inside the truck and i can't find any damn coax cable..
Is it possible that these antenna are wireless?. and if yes, how to use them?
I did not take the trim/top panel off to actually check at the base of the antenna(they are screw in the top of the truck) as this is plenty of job and i dont really want to get into this. Think i will have to sacrifice and do it

Honestly more then 1 hour. i been searching the darn 2 cable for more then a day... until i took the roof lamp off to see where they was going to.. found them under the carpet at the parking brake area.
