I got asked if I usually wear belt and suspenders?

yes I believe in having a fall back plan,
if you looked in my cars, most days youll likely find most likely an air freshener or two, with a cute gal in skimpy lace outfit printed on it! along with my handicap parking sticker due to all the surgical pins in my ankles, knee and back, youll usually see a duffel bag in the cars trunk or in the corvette rear area,
Im too old and set in my ways to worry about fashion , whats currently (cool, hip, or in!) I just want my levi,s to stay up, so I tend to wear work shirts and suspenders and a belt, and not have the slacks droop if I throw a few tools in a pocket.
Ive been more or less happily married for 43 years so Im hardly looking to impress some of the opposite sex, with my looks, Id settle for being polite, comfortable, clean shaven, and courteous and reasonably well dressed, and knowing what Im doing and who Im dealing with.
if using belt and suspenders seems odd,
I bet carrying a tool box, (SOMETIMES a gallon of water,) ( almost always, ) several spare mags of ammo, a kukri, a tire pump,a folding shovel, jumper cables, a tow strap, couple cans of fix a flat, a first aid kit, road flares, a fire extinguisher,a cell phone, flash lite, tire plugs,
(sometimes) a floor jack, a jack stand, a rain coat, and in the car trunk (most in a large duffel bag) must seem totally out of place.
well what do you guys normally carry in your cars as an emergency tool kit?
