1993 Vette Adal

http://www.corvettebuyers.com/c4vettes/codes.htm
According to that site its jump A & G to read the codes. Is that the correct info ? I my old 85 it was A&B.
The Chart is probably right correct Nightstalker.
Near all of Grumpy's info he posted is correct or 100% correct.
He reviewed himself.
Then posted here on his site.

Jumping Pins A & G turned on the Electric Fuel pump with early Tpi 350 C4 Vettes I recall.
Have to look it up to confirm

Jumping Pins A&B in early models gives you Flash Codes from the Check Engine light.

GM was in the early years of Bi-Directional control with plug in scanners used like the Original OTC Tech 1.
Most of the computing power was used to operate the engine.
Left little for mechanics to troubleshoot fast. Just takes more work.

Thanks Grump & Maniac. Im gona read thru the various links posted. My 93 is a entire different animal compared to my old 85 & 90. My old 68,70,76 & 78 were a piece of cake along with my old 58. I already bookmarked your "OPTI" sections awhile ago. As far as I can tell the 93 I bought was unmolested & original.Only thing I did so far was a Anti freeze flush,R&R'd all the org hoses, stat & cap. Thats a weird looking Thermostat/lol! Ill have more time to play with it when I retire this year, now I just clean the pollen of the windows & drive. It desperately needs a bath.

It don't take long them to get dusty even covered up with a car cover.
Rainstorms and winds blow that dust around right through garage door weatherstrip seals.

Gota pull the air filter soon Maniac also. apparently it has K&N from the factory,I cant verify tho. Im sure the dust & pollen aint helpen much.Gotta do rear brakes on my 09 Pontiac vibe 1st. Did the front but no time to hit the rears. The wife drives a 08 Pontiac G6. I had a 68 GTO & a Fiero.Couple Sunbirds.I miss the Pontiac Line. Had a little G5/aka Cobolt but hit someone head on on night driven to work, not my fault. So I got the Vibe/Toyota Matrix actually. Was gona get a Solstice but the Wife said " Why ya looling at that,ya know ya want another Vette"She knows me better than I do/lol. We looked a a couple Mid Years & other later Gen's but we really liked the 93.We took the 95 F-150 4X4,had to buy a step stool so she could get in,as ya know I just sold that.
