7mm Rem Mag Moose Load

several of the guys I hunt with have gone on moose and caribou hunts in the last decade or so,
I've hand loaded their ammo occasionally, but mostly when we hunted elk in the past.
7mm rem mag rifles were very popular back in the 1970-80s
I owned one briefly but I found I liked the 35 whelen and 338 win mag more.

I have no experience with hunting MOOSE, personally,
but several of the guys I hunt with, and reload for do,
and those two guys that use the 7 rem mag, chambered rifles
have had good results with the SPEER 175 grain grand slam bullets,

and have also used this bullet on mule deer and elk with no complaints
fed 215 primer, 59 grains of IMR 4831 and that bullet was the load both guys used
and neither of them had any issues
