This happened even before i replaced the pump. I can drive 15 or 65 MPH and it just cuts off. Sometimes it will start right back up in a instant and not do it again. Now, its more common to cut off and when i turn the key It will Not turn over at all. Its like the batt is dead but everything works except the starter(not even clicking). After 15/45 minutes of leaving me stranded it will turn over again and im on my happy way. My starter is clean and oil free and does not drag.

Other than this problem, the car runs perfect with no problem and I get a code 12. I think its the cooling switch
or something like that. It turns off and on when it wants.

Code #12: Normal System No trouble Codes.
as always youll need to test and isolate, but it sounds like its ignition related, most fuel related engine cut-off s will involve a loss of fuel pressure that results in the engine missing or running rough for a few seconds before it runs out of fuel & stalls.
obviously having a fuel pressure gauge you can look at when this happens is a big help in diagnosing the cause but it sounds like a sensor cutting the ignition.
your oil pressure sensor can do that if its defective, but thats not the only suspected cause.
I assume at this point your still running the dual TB cross fire style intake??
