The BG109 EPR I have been using on my daily drivers field a couple of years now right before the oil change.
Directions say to add the full can to the crankcase and let the engine idle or Rev up to 2000 rpms for 10-15 ,minutes on You Tube videos.
Cars and trucks with electric fans will likely get hot overheat in the summer, Electric fans can not keep up with above idle rpms sustaining not driving a Fact I learned know.
Only a Full Mechanical belt driven cooling Fan can.
I usually just let the engine idle for 30 minutes long.
Change the oil and filter.
It works like Marvel Mystery Oil but it's like 20 times more powerful effective.
Not a Snake oil, if you have an older engine there is sludge inside guarenteed fact.
Only a Few Premium high end Racing oils keep that sludge away and too expensive for a daily driver.
Oil may be clean to start.
After using dump the oil it's like pitch black coal oil, like dirty Semi Truck Diesel oil !
I even use on the 87 Corvette Convertible.
Main advantage it cleans the piston ring grooves effectively and especially the oil Return holes drilled or milled slots in the pistons.

Marvel Mystery Oil MMO I use every other tank full added to the gas.
Keeps combustion chambers clean and the spark plugs.
Add to engine oil your choice.
Use in the Pontiac fuel cell everytime I take it out fill up with 93.
The Starbright Startron works great the Illinois ethanol E10 pump gas 87 & 93 octane.

1976 Pontiac 455 engine Break In Oil used and RP XPR 10w40 oil used present still.
10 quarts total the engine takes every oil change. Works she lives with my abuse.

The 1999 Chevy Tahoe 4x4 is the last one around Running Driving Daily Mine.
Absolutely none around now.
A couple of SBC & BBC Suburbans.
Rare sight to see one driving in Chicago anywhere also.
322,000 miles on the Original unrebuilt Chevy 350 Vortech 5.7 250 Hp 330 ft/lbs.
Still runs out like brand new.
Kept it going.
Want to keep it going also because the Cam and lifters were made by Crane Cams in Florida for GM.
1999 year last for Small block Chevy in GM Trucks.
2002 last year used in cab over Isuzu 350 Vortech.
All LS have Hydraulic and roller lifter issues now with high miles.
The Tell tale LS is dying lifter click tapping and banging around.
Unrebuildable when LS fails from lifters falling apart. Taken apart only the Cylinder heads can be saved !
China used since 2007 for GM Hydraulic lifters.
