California tries hard to virtually eliminate your second amendment rights to carry a handgun

yeah! my dad moved from MASS when I was 7 due to absurd taxes on property
, business regulations, and firearms restrictions and that was in the 1950s

california liberals rarely miss the opportunity to pass absurd laws, the goal is obviously to eventually make it far too difficult financially and legally
to allow civilians to own guns.
 

the liberal dems in california are dead set on eliminating your 2nd amendment rights completely if they can
ask them a simple question

hey governor or politician, are you willing to give up your body guards and any other security,
you might have and not live in a gated community, thus you have no body guards and any other security,
protecting your home and family and have them totally disarmed?
the answers... is of course not, laws are for peons not us!

I find it rather amazing how fast the courts decided,
to support the constitution and 2nd amendment ...once, the DEMS liberal extremists,
lost the election, thus they lost some ability to threaten judges politically
there was never any question about the laws (the constitution and 2nd amendment) true intent was clear,..
only a lack of will to enforce the law.. vs the dems agenda

Thanks, good to know and glad I have no interest in going to any of those states. I really hope Trump can get rid of all the BS Laws on guns.
 
things are very slowly improving but there's still a couple TONS of regs the california,
you could and Im sure the liberal politicians will gleefully use to screw with you!
such as "APPROVING" the firearm you carry, and your limited to carry legally,
"but as of april 22 2025 if you have an out of state concealed carry licence,
and want to jump through numerous legal hoops" (and want to wade through a ton of legal B.S.
you could carry legally, in california,in the county you select ,
which as of now, they are forced to approve,if your a member of a couple select groups,
and your limited to a 10 shot mag,and yes they must approve the handgun model & caliber,
etc. pass a shooting test pay fees ETC.
(most of that B.S. is currently being resolved in a current court case)
you can just image the proverbial long blood streaks on the pavement ,
and shrieks of agony as the liberal politicians, were dragged kicking and screaming across the floor ,
from bloody finger tips grasping at the floor,
by being legally forced by the courts to approve even these absurdly minor concessions

are designed to cause a constant NAME RECOGNITION,

All I can say is I am SO GLAD I now live in AZ. I knew CA was insane in the 80s, not just guns, but for business, I saw so many companies that did NOT depend on only local customers but had a good mail order business LEAVE CA, as I did what the winds of change made my movie and TV prop making slow down I too followed and moved back to AZ. And although I missed all the fun places in and around LA I could see they too were dieing off as well. And thank god for eBay I was able to at last make a living selling my models world wide.

Not only are they making cars that much like the 50s and 70s would not last 100K with out a major engine rebuild, but at least we could do those rebuilds. NOW they are making cars that cannot be rebuilt.


These actions will KILL the used car market, kill the automotive repair shops, and KILL the automotive parts supply...

And here is another major problem, with the coming lost of auto parts stories we will be facing a new problem, mail order delays and worst incorrect or bad parts.

As I have a couple of SUVs when one goes down I have taken to the money savings of mail order.

BUT I have run into a problem, a vapor system bought for our 2000 Toyota was not a correct fitting part, and Idle motor also was wrong.

With my Ford Explorer I ordered a A/C compressor, a FORD PART, but it was frozen, I could not turn it even with gloves, the return takes another week.

I ended up ordering three and only one was not frozen.

The second two was from https://www.amazon.com/ their turn around is faster.

But gone is the old habit of taking the part into the auto parts store and MATCHING it to the new part.

So a repair can not take one to three or even more with the shipping back and forth as you work to get a matching and good part.

And with the cheap parts most you cannot even tell its bad until you have driving it.

And lastly with cheap parts how many times will we need to replace these NEW parts over and over again and again.

And OMG HEAVEN HELP US when/if that new part is in a engine build or a rebuilt transmission.

PS Self defense is lower on my worry list....in my 77 years I have only needed to show my weapon 3 to 5 POSSIBLE times, (the treat was not 100% sure, but the hairs on my neck warned me I need to stop the guys from closing with me) and only used my pistol once to defend my self, from two PitBULL dogs.
