California tries hard to virtually eliminate your second amendment rights to carry a handgun


only an insane liberal politician, would even consider this bill as a rational idea.
the idea is to make your option of defending your home , property, or personal physical well being or family,
well below what might result, in harm to a home invader, mugger, or car jacker. if you resist
thus to firmly place the attackers safety well above your families' safety,
and make you legally at extreme risk financially should you resist (or survive)

NOT NEW NEWS, one of the reason I left and one of the main reason I will not return to CA, not until they get those dumb ass bleed hearts for criminals out of office. (It takes one to know one and to protect ones own)

The line is, You place your belongs over my Life?? NO YOU placed my belongs over YOUR life. YOU Choose to to invade my home, so it is on you, I did not look YOU up to shoot you.

we are making progress in standardizing the states laws,
but they (the political left) are being dragged kicking and screaming
into country wide uniform federal compliance
no other of the federally stated right's like recognizing your marriage , or drivers licences,
car ownership licences, recognizing federal I.D. to fly interstate is as resisted,
as much as recognizing your right to carry a firearm for self defence ,
if you have never committed a violent crime and are fully licenced,
to concealed carry a handgun, in your home state
and this does not yet mean...

OMG Next will be ownership will be outlawed, I think the Supreme Court should order the AZ and Nevada National Guard in to arrest the CA Government until they obey the Court. I totally understand his total fear someone will shoot him, Dumbass should know outlawing guns only means only outlaws will have them...sadly they may LIKE how their victims are being disarmed and support him....I am just surprised no on hasn't done it.

permits to purchase firearms now illegal

waiting periods beyond , background checks now illegal

REQUIRING TRAINING ,now illegal

ANY GOOD CAUSE REQUIREMENTS ,now illegal

ALL STATES MUST NOW BE SHALL ISSUE

states can try to pass work/around laws but they are unlikely to pass SCOTUS ruling backed law suits

the new trend which will also likely be ruled un-constitutional
by several states in response
are laws making internet ammo purchases ,
or cash ammo purchases or limits on the number of cartridges you may possess highly restricted
and laws making damn near everyplace a "SENSITIVE PLACE WHERE CARRY IS NOT ALLOWED
new York, new jersey, California and Hawaii are already trying these
