after decades of abuse through ATFE's constant re-interpretation of existing laws,
to push ever stricter and more restrictive regulations to promote the left wing political goals
and mandating actions the congress never intended,ATFE has their budget being cut significantly,
and enforcement of many absurd restrictions eliminated as,
over reach & mandate's from un-elected bureaucrats had gone way to far.

CRIMINALS maybe 1%-2% at most in the population, NEVER BOTHER CONCERNING THEMSELVES WITH LAWS,

and normal people the other 98%-or more just don't go around robbing and shooting people,
it's just not something that average people even consider doing...
thus laws written to contain & restrict the actions of the minority are just an unneeded P.I.T.A. to the vast majority.
easily 98% of the people that own or wish they owned a machine gun or some other RESTRICTED ITEM,
would never consider using it on other people unless society had totally collapsed and it was a life & death situation,
even then, I doubt most, people would consider harming other people, it's just not in the nature of honest citizens
they are far more likely to help and share resources, than fight each other over scraps, or steal from others.
