the SCOTUS finely decided that many states have resisted the courts rulings,
these states legislatures, love restrictive gun control, these states polititions
are passing "WORK AROUNDS" to avoid complying with the SCOTUS RULINGS that are being ignored by several states
almost all restrictions are unconstitutional, the SCOTUS is being ignored,

the supreme court has ruled

waiting periods ,to purchase beyond checking eligibility are unconstitutional

requiring training courses are unconstitutional

"SPECIAL NEEDS "limitations are unconstitutional

magazine capacity limits are unconstitutional

discretional approval is unconstitutional

MAY ISSUES and needing approval beyond checking eligibility are unconstitutional

all states must be SHALL ISSUE STATES

ARE RESTRICTIONS ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL

some states are now trying to make ammo purchases,
and on line ammo purchases far more difficult
