this might make a compact carbine for use from or in a vehicle or carried in a back pack,
bull pup carbine design allows a 16" barrel, length, to fit in the over all length that a 10" AR 15 carbine would measure out at.
I could easily see it replace an UZI , or similar sub machine gun in a full auto version as a back-up to a tank crew, or artillery crew member as its longer range yet short length have advantages over a full size ar15/m4 provided its every bit as dependable/durable under harsh conditions and use.

you currently you need a pre-approved payment of a $200 tax stamp and a pre-approved after in-depth research by the BATF into the applicants life, granting, if approved paperwork to build or purchase a short barrel rifle combo, ATF wants to impost that same regulation on all currently own AR or similar pistol based firearms, the current window and retroactive power grab well, its basically a retroactive forced registration and of guns which were currently up until now, legal firearms not requiring the registration and paperwork and $200 TAX PAYMENT, up until now,
WITHOUT DOUBT ,EARMARKED for eventual forced tax PAYMENT and/or confiscation, of several MILLION firearms

ATF even ADMITS this is NOT ABOUT PUBLIC SAFETY, its ABOUT EVENTUALLY COLLECTING about collecting $266.9 MILLION in taxes from current owners under threat of confiscation or felony prosecution of current owners who purchased firearms that were legal before the arbitrary rule change

SIMPLE MATH SAYS 13.5 million people purchased these rifles when the ATF stated they were perfectly legal to own... now that the ATF sees considerable cash available due to a simple rule change they are changing the law to collect!

I have said it before an AR pistol is a waste of a firearm I have told many many people not to waste their money on one but that still doesn't make what the BATF did OK or legal but ABC agency's BATF , FIB , IRS are all rogue power hungry law breaking no accountability government overreaching overreacting and I'm not going to mention a party.
